Sprinkal uses AI models to generate content on your behalf. Your brand profile, voice guidelines, and content history are used as context to generate relevant, on-brand content. We do not use your content or brand data to train AI models for other customers or for general model training purposes.

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including Instagram (Meta), TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube (Google), and LinkedIn. When you connect these accounts, you authorise us to access and post content on your behalf according to the permissions you grant. We do not sell your data to these platforms or any third parties.

5. Data storage and security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. Your data is stored securely and we limit access to authorised personnel only. Social media access tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed in plaintext.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@sprinkal.com. Upon deletion, your brand profiles, generated content, and social media tokens will be removed within 30 days.
