Sprinkal is an AI-powered content engine that helps brands create and distribute social media content automatically. Our platform uses AI agents to generate content ideas, write platform-native copy, create visuals, schedule posts, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn — on behalf of authorised users.
By connecting your social media accounts to our platform, you explicitly authorise Sprinkal to access those accounts and post content on your behalf according to the permissions you grant. You may revoke this authorisation at any time by disconnecting your accounts through our platform or directly through the relevant social media platform's settings.

Our platform uses AI to generate content on your behalf. While we strive for quality and brand accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not align with your expectations. We strongly recommend reviewing content before publishing, particularly for factual claims, sensitive topics, or high-stakes communications. Sprinkal is not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through our platform. We do not claim ownership of your content or your brand assets. We do not use your content or brand data to train AI models for other customers. You grant us a limited licence to process and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our service.

Sprinkal is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
We aim to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, or unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect the service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of any third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. Changes to third-party platform APIs or policies may affect our ability to provide certain features.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service for any user who violates these Terms or uses our service in a manner that could harm other users, third parties, or our platform. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sprinkal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated content, platform API changes, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Sprinkal is registered.
